Investigative journalist extraordinaire Emmanuel Brown sets to make his mark in television history by exposing a corrupt politician, John Tesoro, in his documentary special, "The Rise & Fall of John Tesoro". Brown's exposee focuses on the immoral and deceitful practices of Tesoro and his dubious rise to power.
